White Wine Bottling
March 12, 201210 March 2012 we bottled our white for the season. As you can see it was quite a process. Clarity, St. Pepin, Serendipity and By The Numbers will make their debut on the shelves of DF&W, 23 March 2012, which is the start of Maple Sunday Weekend!
Rudy Heading to the FlexTank
February 27, 2012Rudy, aka Strawberry Wine, was pumped into a 200 gallon FlexTank to rest until mid June. Next step in the journey to the bottle will be filtering!
Wine Barn now has it’s own well!!
February 15, 2012Thanks to Alfred C. Haskell Water Wells, Orrington, the Warn Barn has it’s own well! It’s all part of the Wine Barn Expansion Project this Spring and Summer. Not quite big enough to accommodate wine making operations. They went down 185 feet and found four gallons of water a minute. Thanks Charlie Haskell and your crew!
